Rolling Suds is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Sales & Power Washing Specialist to join our growing team. This unique full-time role combines hands-on exterior cleaning services with proactive business development. Approximately 50-60% of your time will be spent performing power washing and cleaning services , while 40-50% will be dedicated to door-to-door marketing, lead generation, and sales efforts in residential neighborhoods and commercial business districts.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, interacting with customers, building relationships, and contributing directly to the growth of the business.

Experience is not required, but preference will be given to candidates who are comfortable working with small engines, have strong customer service skills, and are confident engaging homeowners, property managers, and business owners through door-to-door prospecting and sales.

Candidates must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. This role requires regular travel throughout the local market for residential and commercial sales prospecting activities.

Schedule

Seeking flexible availability. Typical hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with occasional evening, weekend, or overnight work depending on customer requirements and project schedules.

Sales & Power Washing Specialist Responsibilities

Power Washing & Service Duties (50-60%)

• Perform residential and commercial power washing, soft washing, and exterior cleaning services
• Safely operate pressure washing equipment, pumps, hoses, and related tools
• Follow proper cleaning procedures and company safety guidelines
• Complete jobs efficiently, professionally, and to company standards
• Work as part of a team to complete job checklists and exceed customer expectations
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality results

Sales & Business Development Duties (40-50%)

• Canvass residential neighborhoods and commercial properties to introduce Rolling Suds services
• Generate leads through door-to-door marketing and community outreach
• Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, facility managers, and business owners
• Distribute marketing materials and represent the company professionally
• Identify sales opportunities and assist with estimate generation
• Track leads and customer interactions
• Help grow recurring residential and commercial accounts

Sales & Power Washing Specialist Qualifications

• Ability to climb ladders and walk on roofs with confidence
• Ability to perform general labor and lift up to 100 lbs.
• Monday through Friday availability and flexibility work evening, nights and weekends when needed
• Pressure washing experience is preferred but not required
• Driver's License (Required)
• Reliable transportation required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable approaching prospective customers and engaging in door-to-door sales
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Compensation

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour plus commissions and performance bonuses
