Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team and provide services in Howard County Public School System for the 2026–2027 school year . This full-time position offers a consistent school schedule, a collaborative team environment, and the opportunity to help students build the skills they need to succeed both in and out of the classroom.

About the Role

As a school-based OT, you'll support students in developing the functional skills needed for academic success and daily participation. You'll work with a diverse caseload, addressing fine motor development, sensory processing, self-regulation, and independence with school-related activities.

Schedule & Setting

• Monday–Friday school hours
• No evenings or weekends

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active Maryland OT license (or ability to obtain)
• NBCOT certification preferred
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services aligned with IEP goals
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Support students with fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with school and state requirements
