Key Responsibilities: Architect and govern content strategies and taxonomies for digital financial products, including options, portfolio margin and advanced trading tools. Define communication architecture for high-risk, time-sensitive events such as margin liquidations and options lifecycle events. Establish governance and prompt-design frameworks for AI-native trading assistants and LLM-generated market insights. Interpret evolving SEC and FINRA regulatory mandates to steer product direction and communication strategy. Lead content design for new financial instruments and asset classes from concept to global launch. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Communications, Human-Computer Interaction, Journalism, or a related field. 3 years of experience in content design or a related occupation. Experience using quantitative telemetry (conversion funnels, error rates) and qualitative research to optimize content. Experience with content management systems and localization workflows across iOS, Android, and Web. Ability to mentor junior designers on complex market mechanics and AI-integrated design workflows.
